Returns & Refunds Policy

At KOILI Haircare, we want you to love your products. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.

Returns

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund or exchange.

Eligible items:

  • Unopened products in their original packaging
  • Products that are unused and in resalable condition

Non-returnable items:

  • Opened haircare products (for hygiene and safety reasons)
  • Products marked as final sale
  • Gift cards

How to Return

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@koilihair.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions and a return authorization number.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please note: Original shipping costs are non-refundable, and you'll be responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange a product for a different item, please contact us and we'll be happy to help arrange an exchange.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at hello@koilihair.com with photos of the issue. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
